Driven by a commitment to protecting his own children and the communities around them, he began developing patent-backed technologies aimed at addressing preventable risks in vehicles and industrial systems.
With over 25 years of experience as a professional real estate developer and investor, David brings operational rigor and strategic execution to the innovation process. His background navigating complex projects, regulatory frameworks, and large-scale capital deployment allows Patent Portal to structure intellectual property for scalability, commercialization, and responsible deployment — including initiatives aligned with SCO.
